What this is

CodeSpeek is a practice tool for coding interviews, run by an individual, currently in beta and free to use. It is not a guarantee of a job, and the interviewer is an AI: it makes mistakes, and its opinion of your solution is not an authority.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it. Accounts are for people, not for shared or automated use.

Fair use

There are daily limits — problems, interviewer replies and minutes of dictation — because every one of those costs real money to serve. Do not try to get around them, script the API, resell access, or use the service to generate content unrelated to interview practice. Any of those can end your access.

The problems

Problem statements are written for CodeSpeek and the tests are ours. The list of problems and the reference solutions used to check those tests come from the NeetCode repository (MIT licence), and the list itself is NeetCode's. CodeSpeek is not affiliated with NeetCode or LeetCode. These are problems commonly asked in interviews; the wording here is our own.

Your content

The code you write and the things you say stay yours. You allow CodeSpeek to store and process them to run the service — send them to the interviewer, run your tests, show you your history. If you switch audio recording on, you also allow your recordings to be used to improve dictation. You can withdraw that at any time.

Availability

This is a beta. It may break, change, or be unavailable, and features may be removed. There is no uptime promise. Keep anything you truly care about somewhere else too.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, CodeSpeek is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Access may be suspended for breaking these terms, or where required by law.

Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of your own country's law.
